Gianpiero Lotito

(Board Member)

Expert technologist and authoritative Data Scientist with 30 years of experience in information management, he was a consultant in content digital application publishing since 1987, working with all the major firms in Italy. He is a speaker at conferences and author of books and articles on the subject. During his career, he was Adjunct Professor of Multimedia Publishing at the University of Milan. Together with Mariuccia Teroni, he is the Founder of FacilityLive. From 2014 Gianpiero was Ambassador of e-Skills for Jobs under the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs of the EU Commission. In 2015 he received the Gold Medal of the City of Pavia for his contribution to technological innovation. In 2016 he was the Italian Innovative Entrepreneur chosen by the Italian Minister of Economic Development to represent our Country at the “European Council for Competitiveness” organised by the Dutch Presidency of EU Commission in Amsterdam.


Mariuccia Teroni

Chair & Deputy CEO

Expert in publishing techniques and information treatment, she was a consultant in content digital application publishing since 1987, working with all the major firms in Italy. She is speaker at conferences and author of books and manuals for universities. She was Adjunct Professor of the Multimedia Publishing laboratories at the University of Milan. Together with Gianpiero Lotito, she is the Founder of FacilityLive. In 2014 and 2015 Mariuccia was Digital Icon of Watify – Stimulating Digital Entrepreneurship and from 2014 to 2016 she was Ambassador and Digital Icon of e-Skills for Jobs (two projects under the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs of the EU Commission). Moreover, she is Sector Representative in the Board of Confindustria Pavia, ANITEC’s VP for Digital Society and Member of the Advisory Board of MIBE (Master in International Business and Entrepreneurship of Pavia University). In 2015 she received the Gold Medal of the City of Pavia for her contribution to technological innovation and was nominated one of the 4 Successful Women Web Entrepreneurs by a project of the EU Commission.



Luca Sangalli

He was CFO and CEO of small and medium Italian companies before launching, managing and administrating three Private Equity Funds together with Paolo Vacchino.


Brunello Binetti

Brunello oversees the corporate direction for FacilityLive’s global business development, including sales, support, consulting, alliances and partners. He focuses on international development, innovation, and customers success. He has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise sales and general management practice built in leading ICT companies, multi-national vendors, systems integrators and consulting firms.


Carlo Fossati

Carlo oversees the corporate direction for FacilityLive’s global administration, legal and strategic planning. From March 2005 to September 2013, Carlo served as VP Europe and Group CFO of LocalEyes, an international consulting company that provides software localisation and global marketing content management. Carlo has a Ph.D in Management from Bocconi University and a M.D in economics from Pavia University.


Davide Lazzari

Responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of the overall FacilityLive software products. He has architectural and design experience along with coding competencies in many programming languages including Java Enterprise, Front-End technologies and Web stuffs. He has knowledge of semantic search, social network interactions. Before joining FacilityLive he covered positions at Buongiorno, S.A.T.A., Viper Microcomputer, Tecnocad.


Luca Ballista

Responsible for product marketing, his role is to design and coordinate all the marketing activities focusing both on the platform and on the company, working in strong connection with the Branding and Communication units. He graduated at Bocconi University (Milan) in Marketing Management, with a major in Product Management. Before joining FacilityLive, among various activities, he founded the association Activators Pavia: the community of the innovative ecosystem of the city of Pavia.


Corrado Maver

Responsible to support the corporate direction for FacilityLive’s global business development, including sales, support, consulting, alliances and partners. Former Head of Sales Technologists, he brings to this role more than eighteen years experience in Data Center, Security, Business Service and Application Management in the IT industry. Prior to joining FacilityLive, he held engineering and sales consultancy positions at EDS, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, BladeLogic and BMC Software.


Cristiano Radaelli

Responsible to coordinate and optimise all FacilityLive’s operational and project activities to make them more effective. He is also President of ANITEC (the Italian Association of ICT and Consumer Electronics linked to Confindustria) until the end of 2016. In his career he has been Commissioner of the Italian Agency for Tourism-ENIT, named by the Italian Prime Minister, and Member of the Executive Board of DigitalEurope, the Association representing ICT at EU level. Digital entrepreneur, he had global management responsibilities in GTE, Siemens, Italtel and Nokia. He writes articles on economics, management and digital society. He graduated in Nuclear Engineering, Quantum Electronics at Politecnico of Milano and attended a biennial course in Business Administration at the Master Division of Bocconi University.


Fabio Menicanti

With a brilliant career in successful and leading multinational companies, he is the commercial founder of FacilityLive. He was CEO and General Manager at Business Objects Italy and Vice President EMEA; Area Vice President Italy at Parametric Technology; Business Unit Top & Medium Enterprise Director at British Telecom Italy; Head of Business Unit Channel at Wind.


Ian Walmsley

Ian has substantial leadership experience in the technology sector having sat on the senior management team’s of several early stage private and public companies that have grown rapidly from start-up to multi-million £ international operations. Working with a wide range of strategic partners in the automotive, manufacturing and financial services sectors, including Avivia, Hitachi, AXA and Lloyds Banking Group, Ian has a strong track record of developing highly innovative, compelling and award-winning partnership-based propositions.


Fabrizio Porrino

Expert advisor to key decision makers such as CEOs, Commissioners, Ministers, and Presidents on ICT and policy-making. Today Fabrizio as VP Global Public Affairs at FacilityLive is responsible for the company’s positioning worldwide. He is also Supporter and Expert and Change-Maker at Startup Europe India Network, Issue Leader and Member of the Steering Group and Launch Spokesperson at European Tech Alliance, Member of the Steering Committee at European Business Summit, Board Member at European e-Skills Association, former Board Member at ANITEC (the Italian Association of ICT and Consumer Electronics linked to Confindustria). Before joining FacilityLive he worked at the Think Tank of the European Parliament, the European Commission and Yahoo! (Dublin & Los Angeles). He is also Co-founder and VP of Digit@lians.eu, the professional network of Italians working in ICT. He is an Alumni of the College of Europe (scholarship by the Italian Government, thesis on search engines).


Gianpiero Perri

Responsible to manage FacilityLive’s relations with Italian institutions and associations to generate business and communication opportunities. He has been General Manager of APT Basilicata until January 2016. In his career he coordinated prestigious activities such as the Virtual Museum of Iraq and the organisation of important events such as “Mille Italia, Una Patria” (Vittoriano,Roma) and with Francis Ford Coppola during EXPO Milano. He was Managing Director of the company of Carlo Rambaldi, the creator of “ET and King Kong” as well as the winner of 3 Oscars. He created the “Angel Flight” famous attraction in Basilicata. He has been a member of the Scientific Committee supporting the department cultural heritage at CNR.


Anthony Carbone

Having worked in the IT industry for 25 years with the majority of it for ABB in Australia, Anthony has extensive experience and knowledge in technical design and implementation of EAM and ERP systems for small to multi-national companies. Using his experience working in demanding projects and intense environments, Anthony is responsible for Service Management Delivery of FacilityLive’s technology with partners and clients. In his spare time, he is football tragic and has a keen interest in high end 2 channel audio systems.


Alexia Castellani

Responsible of FacilityLive’s content management and its integrated communication to all the company’s stakeholders. Owner of the Marketing Communications Plan to generate brand awareness and support sales efforts. Graduated in Public Relations with a specialisation in Marketing and Advertising. Before joining FacilityLive she covered international marketing and communication positions within global product business units at Ericsson and Marconi.


Franco Cesaro

As Head of Post Sales he provides technological assistance to FacilityLive clients and ensures customer satisfaction. He also manages the relationships with FacilityLive strategic partners and provides them trainings. Before joining Facilitylive, he has offered consultant activities in Fastweb Spa, 3 Italia and Vodafone Italy for over 10 years.


Gianfabio Forti

As Program Management Officer he is responsible for organisational development and strategic marketing. Over 16 years of experience in Business Strategy and Sales & Marketing management consulting in the ICT and Pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining FacilityLive he held consultancy positions at Hyperion Solutions, Valdani Vicari & Associati and Capgemini Consulting C4.


Gabriella Monteleone

As Program Management Officer she provides projects and programs governance control and reporting to guarantee high standards and consistent quality. Graduated in computer science with a specialisation in artificial intelligence, she has a long project management experience as coordinator of complex innovation projects. Before joining FacilityLive, she covered significant positions at Laben, TXT and Polymedia. Author of publications on magazines, conference proceedings and books and supervisor of master thesis.


Eliana Pelizzoli

As Head of Legal Eliana provides high-level legal advice on corporate procedures and policies and manages legal services for all of the company departments. Before joining FacilityLive, she worked for nearly 15 years in IBM as contract negotiator and legal contract manager in the Legal Department for several Italian and International corporate clients, and as Customer Solution Executive for the definition and signature of outsourcing deals with major Italian and international companies.


Sandro Repole

Responsible for Facilitylive’s information security and for the company’s infrastructure network design. Graduated in Information Science, he built his skills working for almost 15 years as security expert for several known companies like Vodafone, Trustitalia (Verisign Italy) and Buongiorno SpA. He got several industry certifications, such as CISSP and ITILv3, and some Cisco certifications.


Simone Rizzo

Responsible to support the entire FacilityLive Solutions Sales lifecycle working closely with all the company’s business functions and the whole partners’ eco-system. Graduated in Electronic Engineering with a master thesis in robotics, he has 14+ years experience in DataCenter Modernisation, Cloud Platforms, IT Business Transformation, HPC and Big Data Solutions. Before joining FacilityLive he held both Technical and Sales Consultancy roles with WW IT Leader like Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Dell.


Auro Rolle

Responsible for ensuring that FacilityLive’s products and services meet the quality, reliability, usability and performance standards. He defines testing frameworks for functional and performance test automation into the continuous integration system.

Graduated in Computer Engineering, he has 15+ years’ experience in system administration, testing and software automation. Before joining FacilityLive he worked for Alcoa Inc. (Aluminum Company of America), Finantix and as consultant for Generali Assicurazioni.


Simona Russo

Graduated in Computer Science with honors at the Statale University in Milan, she has more than 20 years of experience in major Italian software houses where she participated, as lead developer and software developer manager, to the development of leading proprietary software products in the fields of logistics, finance and payroll.


Michele Sacchetti

Responsible for the build and delivery pipeline of FacilityLive’s software development, his role is to maximize the predictability, efficiency and maintainability of the product lifecycle. Before joining FacilityLive he covered positions at Lumata and Buongiorno and offered consultant activities in Vodafone and Ericsson.


Andrea Soldani

Responsible of FacilityLive’s corporate communication and digital branding. In his career, he has been author and director of several media projects managing any channels (TV, radio, cinema, theatre, web, press, live events etc.) and experimenting innovative formats. He worked with important clients such as RAI, Mediaset, SKY, La7, La Repubblica, The Blog TV. He projected and realized the first example of political cross-media platform called “YOUDEM” (web/tv). He was author and director of a video on Keith Haring’s most important works of art.

In 2015 he created a new theatrical films production company mainly addressed in Asia. In his free time, he is a mountain running athlete.

Fausta Pavesio

IBAN Business Angel of the Year 2015, Board Member with Italia Startup, Board Member with Satispay, Senior Advisor with Appian Corporation and Advisory Board Member with FacilityLive. Since 2007 she has been working as independent advisor for corporate and ICT governance focusing on innovation. She started her consulting career in 1988 after ten years in Fiat and Olivetti. Arrigo Andreoni

President of Club TI Lombardia and founder of IT4Value for the scouting of innovative companies in the ICT sector. In his career, he was President and CEO of I.T. Telecom (company of the Telecom Italia group) and Information Technology Responsible of the group; Managing Director of Pirelli Informatica and Information Technology Director for Europe of HIMONT, joint between the Montedison group and the Hercules American Group.


Lorenzo Pacorini

Through Infin (the family investment company), Federico, Lorenzo and Paolo Pacorini decided in 2011 to focus on sectors with high growth potential such as the one in which FacilityLive is engaged. Their ability to innovate is one of the features of past business activity that led them to become the leading group in specialized logistics of coffee and non-ferrous metals in the international arena.


Antonio Fioretti

Graduated in Nuclear Engineering, he has worked always in energy sector. His career has developed starting from nuclear specialist to complex project management expert acting for engineering & contracting companies as well for utilities. Since 2002 he joined Sorgenia, a new private utility born in the just liberalized Italian market, at the very beginning startup phase. In Sorgenia he was General Manager of Engineering and Construction Division and since 2010 he was also responsible of Procurement Department. Nowadays he acts as project management Senior Advisor for Ansaldo Energia construction projects.


Andrea Ghisalberti

Entrepreneur in multiple sectors over the past 30 years. He was CEO and main shareholder of his family business that provided services for the construction and maintenance of petrol stations. The company sold in 1998 also obtained a patent for the purification of water polluted by hydrocarbons. He founded Sireco SRL, one of the first firms recycling oil in Italy. He has been a sales representative of medical protective equipment for 10 years and he now distributes these exclusively online. Meanwhile, as one of the directors of the Italian Yacht Club he founded few non-profit organisations safeguarding traditional boat building.


Enrico Guidotti

President and CEO of dynamic companies in the ICT field with a high technological content, collected under the ENG Group brand (the Guidotti family is the major shareholder). The know-how of the group is the reference for the most qualified international players active in the field of Security Technologies and Traffic Enforcement Management. The family is also present in the Sports & Planning Services Management sector.


Cristina Mezzabarba

Cristina is a Lawyer. She specializes in Administrative law and advises on issues regarding public services, public agreements, city planning and building likewise environmental law. She has a focus on the Health care, Real estate and Energy sectors. She worked in leading Italian and International Law firms, developing during years a wide experience in the Energy sector from the process of markets liberalisation to all sectors of the supply chain of Electric Energy (including renewable energies) and gas.


Giorgio Mosci

Graduated in Economics and Commerce, he has been Chartered Accountant since 1981. He is President of Italcementi’s Statutory Auditors Committee and member of Ansaldo Energia and Bombardier Transportation Italy’s ones rather than Board Member of Giglio Group. He was partner of Ernst & Young (after first experience in Arthur Andersen) till 2013 where, among other things, he was in charge of Marketing & Sales in Italy and of the Entrepreneur of the Year Program Award. He is also partner of the “Canneto Editore” publishing company, President of Emozioni Giocate Onlus and was in the Board of Italian Yacht Club for over twenty years.


Paul Buffet

Paul has been a consultant in public affairs working with tech companies since September 2014. Previously, he was on the European Government Affairs and Public Advocacy team at NYSE Euronext and founded a pan-European e-commerce platform in the luxury hotel space as part of a Silicon Valley startup launch program, the Founder Institute. Paul formerly worked for DIGITALEUROPE, representing the Information and Communications Technology and Consumer Electronics industries in Europe. Paul joined DIGITAL EUROPE from Lone Star Funds, where he was an Investment Analyst. Paul holds a degree in Finance from Strasbourg University and Boston College.


Daniele Api

General Manager of Chantecler, an historic jewelry brand from Capri, where he began its experience in 2007 as director of production, planning and logistic after holding managing tasks at two important jewelry companies. Graduated in Economics at the University of Pavia with the thesis “The production mix of a jewellery company” he began its professional journey in Valenza. Throughout its career, he got institutional roles at different Italian and foreigner jewelry associations, getting in contact with companies and experts that took its vast knowledge about the industry to the next level.


Enrico Lodi

Enrico graduated in Business Economics at the University of Pavia in 1987. Joined in 1987 a family company active since 1946 in accounting, auditing, tax, corporate and business consulting to several Italian and international companies. Member since 1990 of Prime Global , an association of 350 accounting firms present in over 86 countries, Enrico also served as Board Member (2002 to 2008). Co-founder and Exec Vice Chair of a charity active in microfinance, education, health, women rights, sustainable agriculture. Member of the Board of Trustees for Action Aid Intl. – Italy.


Roberto Lorini

Roberto Joined Pwc advisory firm in the area of technology and digital consulting, he is in charge of business development in main customers by managing projects, discovering and building new areas of ICT consulting, extending the Partner Alliances.He has a 3-year experience as General Manager for Private Market Division at Exprivia. He was Executive V.P. of Valueteam (merged in NTTdata in 2012), Founder & CEO of Vpweb and Vptech, Responsible of the Oracle Applications, B.I. and Dwh solutions, Director of Bull Enterprise Division and Open System.


Paolo Ricciulli

Graduated in Engineering and with a MBA at Bocconi University, in 1994 he founded a Group of industries operating in the pasta sauce production. In 21 years the Group became leader in the Italian pasta sauce market and the third one in Europe. In June 2011 he was nominated Cavaliere Del Lavoro by the Italian President of Republic. At the end of 2014 he sold the Group to a large Italian food company listed at the Italian Stock Market. From February 2015 he has retired from operational activities spending his time managing his financials assets and giving his consulting support to the food industry field.


Alberto Martini

Graduated in Business Economics, he has always worked in the financial sector. His career started at ING Group Italy where he covered different positions in the marketing and business areas. In 1997 he became Relationship Manager of ING Baring Private Bank, an ING Group business unit. In 2002 he moved to UBS Wealth Management where he is now Managing Director, Chairman of the Local Advisory Commitee and member of the Management Commitee of the bank in Italy. He is also board member of UBS Italia SIM Spa.


Marco Vinicio Pozzi

Marco graduated in Economics at the University of Pavia. During his studies he worked with his father, owner of the Company Antonio Pozzi’s OXIDAL, a business specialized on aluminium and plastics’ manufactures. Thanks to this experience, combined with the passion for screen-printing and photography, the OXIDAL Company became specialized in decorative techniques of objects and industrial products along with the application of Graphic Arts to Industry. He became CEO of OXIDAL Srl In 1991 and Chairman in 1998.


Stefano Giorgetti

Passionate about innovation and continuous learning, Stefano holds a MSc in International Economics and Marketing at the University of Trento and has professional experiences in the fields of Renewable Energy (SMA Solar Technology) and Wealth Management (UBS London). Stefano has enthusiastically joined FacilityLive in 2015 combining his early passion for Cognitive Science and Digital Technologies with his more recent activity in investments and finance.


Nicola Ruiz De Cardenas

Owner and CEO of Decsa, leader in design, production and installation of heat exchange equipment, such as cooling towers and evaporative condensers. He is enthusiast for innovation and internationalization and it takes care of this as Vice President of Confindustria Pavia. He is convinced that progress and innovation are not only in Silicon Valley. Indeed, they can also be found around the corner, as at the Technology Centre of Pavia. We have to look for that and above all believe in that.


Stefania Rognoni

Graduated in Economics at the University of Pavia, she started her professional journey in Banca d’America e d’Italia within a graduate programme in information technology . After several role changes in the same company, in early nineties Banca d’America e d’Italia merged with Deutsche Bank. She is still working there part-time as IT Lead Business Analyst. Her beloved interests in life are family and volunteering.


Antonio Assereto

With a master degree in Managerial Engineering, Antonio made a relevant experience in Bain & Company (strategic consulting) focusing on debt restructuring projects and in CIR as investment manager. Currently Antonio manages his own investment company, Proximity Capital, which is a platform aimed at creating value by investing in small and medium sized start-ups with exceptional growth potential.


Giuseppe De Spuches

Graduated in Psicology at the Rome University La Sapienza, he practised clinical psicology in Roma. Then he moved to Milan where he worked for the Piazza Cadorna branch of INA Assitalia in the Human Resources department. He currently invests in startups.


Giovanna Cignoli

Graduated in Economics at the University of Pavia. After having passed the State examination for Chartered Accountants, she started collaborating with a professional study (where she still is) obtaining a specialisation in administration and tax & corporate consultancy.


Daniele Olivieri

Graduated in 2011 in Political Science with a specialisation in Labour Studies, its professional career began in PageGroup as Business Developer and Human Resources Hunter. Then he joined FacilityLive where he was the youngest Sales Account. Now he works in Solair. Passionate and enthusiastic, his strengths are the natural proactivity toward newness and changes and the aptitude to develop new business opportunities. In the last 7 years he has been socially engaged as councillor in Zone 4 of the City of Milan and participated in voluntary activities.


Marco Proserpio

After graduating in Telecommunication Engineering, Marco joined some multinational companies such as British Telecom, Cisco Systems and BMC Software. His experience has been mainly in the pre-sales and sales environment. He also had the opportunity to work abroad like in the Netherland and Switzerland. He worked as Partner Development Manager in FacilityLive with the responsibility of managing alliances and partnerships in Italy and abroad until 2016. He currently works at MongoDB as Enterprise Account Executive.


Daniela De Giorgi

Daniela took her MA Degree in Multimedia Communication at the University of Pavia with a thesis based on her web editorial side project about new and cutting edge art. She found out that technology and art inspire each other more than she could think. She joined FacilityLive in 2013 as Jr Inside Sales and then she moved into the Content & Communication team where she worked as Marketing Officer until the end of 2016.


Claudia Ligorio

She is the first employee of the startup after the founders. She is the secretary of FacilityLive. In the spirit of the best technology startup tradition, she has a little share of the company beginning the adventure.
